Product prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing, you agree that the product is suitable for your use. Prices exclude VAT for non-EU countries and exclude VAT per German regulations for EU countries. Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment processor provider.

 

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. We are not liable for delays or incorrect addresses. Delivery is at your risk, and you are responsible for ensuring safe custody after delivery.

 

7. Ownership & Reclaim

Ownership of products passes to you only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to reclaim products if payment is not completed.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. Exceptions apply for damaged products, which must be reported within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged products reported within 7 days. Unwanted products may be returned at your expense with a possible restocking fee.   We offer a 7-day return policy for our paper books. To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage. Please ensure that the book is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. If the book is returned in original condition, we will process your refund promptly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within the 7-day window to initiate your return.
