LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

 

This Liability Waiver releases Nordic Light Photo Tours ("the Company") from all claims and liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during a photo tour in Northern Norway or any other location. By agreeing to this waiver, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved, including but not limited to:

 

1. Risks Acknowledged: Death, bodily injury, illness, damage, theft, and loss of personal property.

   

2. Voluntary Participation: You fully understand the inherent risks of participating in a photo tour, and confirm that you are participating voluntarily, without any medical conditions that would increase your risk of injury.

 

3. No Liability: You agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or damages incurred, whether caused by the Company’s negligence or not.

 

4. Legal Binding: By ticking the box on the booking form, you forfeit any right to bring a lawsuit against Nordic Light Photo Tours for any reason. In return, you will participate in the photo tour under these terms.

 

5. Safety Compliance: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company and will seek clarification when needed.

 

6. Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by German law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.

 

This waiver is a binding legal document. By agreeing to it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the risks and terms outlined above.
